In last 3 months (October-December) Damara Bali Foundation is very intensive in it’s activities to improve the resources of poor farmers. The activity carried out is to provide the following education and training:

1. Conducting a local carrot planter pilot project in Bedugul which aims  as a learning media for farmers. Local carrots have a good price in traditional markets and supermarkets.
2. Planting local leeks

Leeks are one type of vegetables that has the potential to be developed intensively and commercially. It’s because leeks are needed for many people as cooking flavoring ingredients and also sometimes as health treatment. In addition, leeks are also have a good potential market.
